CQO Forum Purpose

The Chief Quality Officer Forum Team is an action-oriented team of inspiring leaders who are collaboratively mobilizing enterprise-wide effectiveness through people, process and systems innovation…grounded in the science of quality. This team (1) charters global initiatives, (2) networks on topics directly related to what each member is working to accomplish in their companies, (3) brings in external SMEs who are taking novel approaches to address the challenges faced by our industry, and (4) shares quality innovation with each other.

The Role of Quality for the 21st Century

To optimize patient and business success by mobilizing enterprise-wide effectiveness grounded in science, data, stakeholder awareness and regulatory intelligence.

Redefining the Role of Quality

In order to develop impactful change across the industry, the CQO Forum started by “looking in the mirror”. Our work has uncovered that QUality often shuts down the exact behaviors it is trying to grow acorss the organization! The newly established Role of Quality for the 21st Century establishes Quality as an enabler of patient and business success grounded in science, data, stakeholder awareness and regulatory intelligence. This new understanding of Quality fuels the innovative developments of the team.

CQO Forum - A Team in Action!

The CQO Forum gains input and insight from other industries, regulators, and cross-functional peers to drive meaningful outcomes. Here is a glimpse of some of the work we are doing.

It’s time for a change, and it starts with you!

Foundation of Our Work - Grounded in “Why”

The foundation of our work is to ensure everything we do is grounded in “Knowing Your Why.” As demonstrated by comedian Michael Jr., this video clearly shows how a person is impacted when they understand their why, and how a person knowing their why affects everyone around them.

We are including regulators in the discussions, sharing our work on stage at major conferences, communicating via trade press, and will be engaging industry through trade associations.
