Pathway Partnerships

Advancing Industry. Improving Lives.

In a time when the global population is aging at unprecedented levels, and technological innovation is advancing more rapidly than ever before, Pathway is forging partnerships that will support the success of the life science ecosystem - students, industry professionals, and patients. Join us to make a difference in the lives of patients around the world!

Quality Champions for Life – Non-Profit Founded by Pathway for Student Success

In 2024, Pathway founded the non-profit organization, Quality Champions for Life, to provide free education to students all over the world. Chartered by Pathway's Chief Quality Officer team, the Quality Science Education initiative prepares future life sciences professionals by teaching the "how" and "why" behind our highly regulated industry, creating champions of product, process, and systems quality.

Through 100% donor and sponsor-funded programs, Quality Champions for Life offers this curriculum to students and universities worldwide at no cost. This partnership connects students globally to internships and entry-level positions with specialized knowledge that reduces onboarding training by 1-3 years. To support this mission and make a real difference in students' lives, visit the Quality Champions Donations website. Thank you so much for your support!

J&J WiSTEM2D Partnership with Pathway

Johnson & Johnson launched their J&J WiSTEM2D initiative in 2015 to champion the success of women by providing them with the tools, resources and opportunities they need to succeed at work and home. WiSTEM2D stands for Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Manufacturing and Design, and J&J is taking groundbreaking action to drive positive change for women of all ages in the STEM2D ecosystem. In addition to the extensive resources J&J provides women around the world, J&J has partnered with Pathway to raise awareness of the free Quality Science Education Program offered through Quality Champions for Life (non-profit established by Pathway). This partnership is reaching more women and preparing them for lifelong, fulfilling careers.

PDA Partnership with Pathway: Expanding Student Success

The Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) has "adopted" Quality Champions for Life (Pathway’s non-profit arm) to provide global volunteer support for students and universities participating in the Quality Science Education Program.

As a leading pharmaceutical industry association committed to advancing manufacturing science and regulation, PDA offers students additional career support including free student memberships and year-round networking opportunities with global pharmaceutical peers and professionals.

This partnership enables Quality Champions for Life to further expand the availability of the curriculum to many more students across the globe.

RAPS and Pathway Partner to Advance Regulatory Affairs Preparedness

The Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) and Pathway for Patient Health have partnered to advance the preparedness of regulatory affairs professionals during an unparalleled time of rapid innovation and evolving expectations. Through Pathway’s Corporate L&D Program, global thought leaders teach the why and how of product, process and systems quality across the total product lifecycle. This same education is donated to Quality Champions for Life (non-profit established by Pathway) to prepare the next generation to join our industry! RAPS carries this understanding of quality science into foundational and advanced regulatory affairs certificates that prepare regulatory affairs professionals for every decision they must make. U.S. Department of Economic Development, Wistar Institute and Pathway

The U.S. Economic Development Administration awarded The Wistar Institute and Pathway for Patient Health the STEM Challenge Talent Grant Award to create the new Quality Science Pathway Apprenticeship (QSPA). Wistar and Pathway are excited to offer this apprenticeship cost-free for students, which includes the Quality Science Education Program and the Wistar Apprenticeship Program, which provides on-the-job training and instruction for quality science roles in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

The U.S. Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Economic Development, Alejandra Y. Castillo, visited Wistar to personally announce the grant award. The QSPA uniquely addresses a critical gap in higher education and workforce training programs, by pre-training students to join a rapidly evolving industry.

The City Tutors and Pathway Partner to Support the Success of NYC Students

The City Tutors supports underserved students in NYC who have been historically locked out of individualized academic and professional development services. First generation and immigrant students attend college, study hard and often juggle a survival job or two - leaving them no time for professional preparedness. The free tutoring and mentoring support of The City Tutors, and the free Quality Science Education and Hiring Platform offered through Quality Champions for Life (non-profit established by Pathway), create a road to success that these students so desperately need. Everyone deserves a chance to shine, and we are excited to give this opportunity to the students of New York City.

If your mission is aligned with ours, and you are interested in forming a partnership with Pathway, please contact Marla Phillips to discuss your ideas, or Contact Us. Thank you for your interest in making a difference with us!
