Workshop Description
This Quality Culture Workshop provided participants with an opportunity to learn how to apply the learnings from the Xavier/PwC Cultural Metrics work, through which cultural experts were asked: “What would you have to see in action to know a company has a good culture of quality”? The responses were converted into measurable actions that can be implemented by your company. Participants also explored what influences culture (intentionally and unintentionally) to increase the success of cultural leadership. This work has been used by FDA on inspection!
