COMPLETE: April 27, 2021.

This Quality Culture Workshop provided participants with an opportunity to learn how to apply the learnings from the Xavier/PwC Cultural Metrics work, through which cultural experts were asked: “What would you have to see in action to know a company has a good culture of quality”? The responses were converted into measurable actions that can be implemented by your company.
